This beloved historic hotel in Hermosa Beach had been family owned and operated since the 1950’s, offering shore-front lodging for generations of visitors. After decades of use and intermediate temporary fixes, the property owners needed an experienced team to modernize the hotel within a tight budget and maintain its status as a cherished local landmark.

The construction process for upgrading the 10,000 SF building to 21st Century standards included ADA compliance upgrades, a new elevator, accessibility amenities, new restrooms, and interior finish renovations, all completed within the 10-month project schedule and within the limited budget.
